There are many places to stay - hotels, guest houses, B & B’s and self-catering options and a wide range of places to sample excellent local produce, especially seafood. We can provide transport to or between them all and can offer our thoughts if you want them.
It takes about two and a quarter hours by road from Glasgow airport to north Kintyre the scenery makes the journey one of the best in the UK. The trip down the Kintyre peninsular is equally spectacular with views of Islay, Jura, Arran and Northern Ireland all possible.

For walkers the Kintyre Way offers an 87 mile (140km) route crossing and re-crossing the peninsular and offering views from Ben Lomond in the east to Ben Cruachan in the north as well as the islands of Arran, Islay, Jura and Gigha which surround us. We can help with recommendations for accommodation as well as baggage transport.
Golfers are well catered for with five courses, two at Machrihanish and one at each at Dunaverty, Carradale and Tarbert. Whisky lovers should make the trip to Campbeltown to take the Springbank tour. Towards Campbeltown the magnificent Westport beach is a favourite location for surfing. Take the ferry from Kennacraig to Islay and another eight distilleries are there to enjoy.
